For sustainability reasons, some manufacturers only send new batteries to end customers if old batteries are returned; these can then be recharged with new battery cells. To ensure that the old battery can be returned, a deposit is retained until the old battery arrives.With the "REFURBISHED" concept, we are helping to protect the environment and conserve resources.However, for this system to work, we need the used battery back from you.We charge a return deposit.
