The TravelScoot ™’s innovative folding mechanism allows the scooter to be folded flat enough to fit in practically any car trunk with the push of a button. The entire seat assembly and support can be removed by simply releasing a single lever clamp, and, if necessary, be taken down further into three components. The front wheel can be removed in seconds with the simple push of a button, as well. The remaining basic frame weighs less than 10 kilograms. However, in most situations it’s enough to lower the handlebars and remove the backrest, which also takes only seconds.

Ultralight! 12 kg including battery!By reducing the motor power to 100 watts and downsizing the wheels to 6", we were able to reduce the already low weight of the TravelScoot Escape by another impressive ~4 kg to ~12 kg. The even lower speed of 4 km/h allows the scooter to be used safely even in busy pedestrian zones and shopping centers etc.. A TravelScoot in reserve?Bare Bone second frame for the Escape.Although the TravelScoot has proven to be very reliable over the years, there are still occasions when a reserve vehicle would be quite handy.Even the most reliable vehicle needs maintenance or repair from time to time and who better to do this than the manufacturer or importer? However, for the vast majority of customers, the manufacturer or importer is not close by, and it could take a week or more to ship the vehicle back and forth. But many TravelScoot owners use their scooter practically every day and cannot or do not want to do without it for so long.For maintenance/repair, it is sufficient in most cases to send in the folded base frame without the seat group, battery, luggage cover, footrests and front wheel.TravelScoot Bare-Bone Replacement Frame for the EscapeYou can now purchase a replacement frame for your Escape at a reduced price and add these components to create a spare vehicle in minutes.
